Key Responsibilities:
Branch Operations Oversight
- Supervise and support daily operations of assigned motor branches.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits.
Sales & Target Management
- Monitor and analyze sales performance for each branch.
- Set and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales.
Team Leadership & Development
- Coach, motivate, and develop branch managers and their teams.
- Handle performance appraisals and recommend staff improvements or training needs.
- Facilitate teamwork and resolve branch-level HR issues.
Customer Experience & Service Quality
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all branches.
- Implement service standards and follow-up on feedback or complaints.
Inventory & Asset Control
- Monitor vehicle stock movement, aging inventory, and stock orders.
- Oversee physical asset management and upkeep of branch facilities.
Reporting & Planning
- Prepare regular performance and operational reports for management.
- Forecast sales trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Automotive, or related field.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to travel regularly between branches.
- Proficient in sales data analysis and operational management.
