GT Max Motors is evolving into Motorbike spare parts and accessories wholesale. We are expanding our distribution of spare parts and accessories to more dealers. In this position, you would become part of a dynamic team that focuses on sales development of spare parts and accessories in Malaysia market.
Job Responsible:
- Familiar with Motorbikes or Automotive Spare parts and accessories in Malaysia market.
- Understanding all of the products and services offered and explaining to customers confidently about our brand.
- Able to convert the leads into a sale, and work as a specialist who can fascinate people with their encyclopedic knowledge of spare parts and accessories.
- Suggest suitable spare parts and accessories based on customer needs. Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person.
- Helping to increase the customer database and prospect potential sales.
- Identify and maintain good customer relationships by conducting regular visits/meetings with customers and attending verbal and written inquiries.
- Liaising with the outbound team to ensure sold spare parts and accessories are prepped to a high standard and are ready for delivery within the agreed timescale.
- Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; and recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
- Some outstation traveling is required when necessary.
- To achieve sales targets as set by the management.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Mandarin is a must to help establish better relations with local customers. Other required languages: English and Malay etc.
- Required 3 years working experience in the motorbikes-related or automotive field.
- Required Skill(s): Good Marketing skills, Experience in motorbikes or automotive retail business, Passionate in sales and marketing, and a Team player.
- Self-organized and result orientation.
- Professional appearance and attitude and excellent persuasive verbal communication skills.
- Time management skills and willingness to take the initiative.
- Previous experience in Motorbike or Automotive spare parts manufacturing is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel outstation as and when required.

- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits.
Sales & Target Management
- Monitor and analyze sales performance for each branch.
- Set and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales.
Team Leadership & Development
- Coach, motivate, and develop branch managers and their teams.
- Handle performance appraisals and recommend staff improvements or training needs.
- Facilitate teamwork and resolve branch-level HR issues.
Customer Experience & Service Quality
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all branches.
- Implement service standards and follow-up on feedback or complaints.
Inventory & Asset Control
- Monitor vehicle stock movement, aging inventory, and stock orders.
- Oversee physical asset management and upkeep of branch facilities.
Reporting & Planning
- Prepare regular performance and operational reports for management.
- Forecast sales trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Automotive, or related field.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to travel regularly between branches.
